Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Inter-M Properties wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find and enquire about properties on intermproperties.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, which include the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements referred to by the European standard EN 301 549.

What we do

• Pages are built with headings, landmarks and labelled form fields so that screen readers can follow them.
• The website can be used with a keyboard: a “skip to content” link is provided and the focus is always visible, including in Windows high-contrast mode.
• Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Images carry text alternatives, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
• The website adapts to phones and tablets, offers a dark display and is available in English and Greek.
• Before each release, key pages are checked automatically for serious accessibility errors.

Known limitations

We believe the website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Areas we know may not fully meet it:

• The Google Maps embed and some map views, which are provided by Google.
• Property photos supplied by owners and developers, whose descriptions may be brief, and older brochures or floor plans in PDF or image form.
• The AI chat assistant, whose answers appear as they are generated and may not always be announced smoothly by every screen reader.
